The MAOM-37051A is a four channel 28Gbps CDR with integrated electro-absorption modulated laser (EML) driver which can deliver up to 2.5Vpp single-ended output. The part integrates MACOM’s high performance CDR technology with its market leading EML drivers in a small form factor surface mount package to provide the lowest power solution available for CFP4 and QSFP28 transceivers.
