Fujitsu to resell Ekinops ETSc OTN switches

The Fujitsu Virtuora multi-layer, multi-vendor control and orchestration software platform will provide automated network control of the Ekinops platform

Ekinops (Euronext Paris - FR0011466069 – EKI) says that Fujitsu will integrate the Ekinops ETSc OTN compact switch platform into the Fujitsu 1FINITY open optical networking portfolio. Within the Fujitsu 1FINITY ecosystem, the Fujitsu Virtuora multi-layer, multi-vendor control and orchestration software platform will provide automated network control of the Ekinops platform

Ekinops introduced the ETSc earlier this month (see “Ekinops unveils compact Ekinops360 ETSc OTN platform”). The OTN compact platform is designed to support delivery of metro and metro-access services from 1GbE to 200G in an open networking environment.

Fujitsu will be at OFC 2022 next week in San Diego at Booth 5325.
