Wireless construction contractor Onsite rebrands as Centerline

Dec. 17, 2023
It said it is poised for streamlined wireless construction across the Southeast by adopting the same name as its parent company.

Onsite Communications Services, a Cleveland, Georgia-based telecom construction company, has begun business under the Centerline name.

Centerline has made a name for itself in the Southeast by providing wireless telecommunication construction, specializing in new tower construction, macro cells, DAS venues, cells on wheels (COWS), tower modification and inspections, carrier maintenance and tower maintenance.

“The team from Onsite is among the best in the industry,” said Josh Delman, founder and Executive Chairman of Centerline. “We’re excited to add their expertise to Centerline’s brand as we deliver turnkey solutions for clients.”

Onsite was established in 1998. Later, in 2005, the company adopted a tower climbing division and has since developed several other specialty divisions. Centerline acquired Onsite in 2020.

The company’s evolution is part of a broader rebranding initiative previously announced by its parent company, Centerline, in May 2023. As an Audax Private Equity portfolio company, Centerline designs, builds and maintains next-generation wireless and wireline networks and critical infrastructure facilities.

The team has decades of experience providing turnkey services to Fortune 500 clients, including AT&T, Verizon, Comcast, Bell, Rogers, and American Tower. Over the past three years, Centerline’s workforce has grown from approximately 300 employees to over 1,500, reflecting organic and inorganic growth initiatives.

Since 2021, Centerline has grown and integrated six acquisitions, including Onsite. In May, Centerline announced that Notora, Onsite, J5 Infrastructure Partners, Leaf Communications, STC Netcom, and Waveguide Solutions brands were combined and now operate under one Centerline brand, focusing on wireless, wireline, and in-building services. Meanwhile, Battery Power Systems will be rolled into the Maicom brand, concentrating on ISP, network and data facilities, EV, and critical infrastructure.
